Sustainable Eating

With sustainable eating a big part of today’s menus, the Riverview Café is no exception. “How we eat” is one of the cornerstones of the Museum’s 2024 Year of the Earthshot, so we are always cooking up a stellar selection of food choices, including our Chef’s Table offerings, healthy options, and themed menus.

Sustainability is all about people and the planet:

  • Our seasonal approach to food lets flavor shine through.
  • We serve certified humane, cage-free eggs.
  • Our poultry is raised without antibiotics.
  • We have a commitment to fighting food waste.
  • We purchase from local farmers and artisans.
  • We support women and minority-owned businesses.
  • We source and serve sustainable seafood.
