Code of Conduct At the Museum of Science, the health and safety of our staff, volunteers, and visitors is our number one priority. A visit to the Museum should be an enjoyable and memorable experience. To preserve that opportunity, we expect everyone to be respectful of each other, and be considerate of the multitude of views and opinions that are different from your own.By reserving tickets and visiting the Museum of Science, you are agreeing to comply with the following requirements for visitor conduct.Respect Your Fellow Visitors, Museum Staff, and VolunteersWe are dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone. The Museum does not tolerate discrimination or any form of unlawful harassment, including but not limited to sexual harassment. Accordingly, the Museum absolutely prohibits harassment or discrimination based on ability, age, color, ethnicity, race, family or marital status, sex, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, pregnancy and related medical conditions, language, national origin, political affiliation, religion, socioeconomic status, veteran status, health status, and other dimensions of diversity.Additionally, the following behaviors are prohibited in the MuseumOffensive, abusive, threatening or violent language or behaviorPossession of weapons of any kindPossession of prop weapons, including those that are part of a costumePossession, use and/or selling of alcoholic beverages or illegal drugsSmoking, vaping, and using cannabisEating or drinking in Exhibit Halls and theatersPets, with the exception of service animalsDress CodePlease adhere to the following: Shoes and shirts are required for entry for all guests. For the safety and comfort of all, costume masks are not permitted for visitors. Derogatory or vulgar language on clothing is strictly prohibited.Stay Home if UnwellIf you or anyone in your party is not feeling well, please stay home. Sick people should stay at home until at least 24 hours after they no longer have a fever or signs of a fever (without the use of fever-reducing medicine).
