Do cowboys really eat cows? Sophie Shrand of @sciencewithsophie talks with Cowboy Bit of From the Wagon about his 1800s Chuckwagon. This original food truck carries all of the ingredients necessary to feed cowboys. But there’s a catch - Sophie is vegan! When she confesses this to Cowboy Bit, he is supportive, and tells her that he has been eating less and less meat over time. This encounter demonstrates how the assumptions we make about other cultures can often be incorrect.
