Crows Count Using Vocal Sounds

Did you know that crows can count using vocal sounds? In this video, Alex Dainis explains that scientists have found that trained crows can reliably make three “kraak” sounds in response to being shown a green number three, or a cash register sound. This is in addition to earlier research that demonstrated how crows use tools and solve problems.
