More to Explore Free Round-Trip Train Ride to the Museum on Select Saturdays On Saturday, September 14 and Saturday, September 28 only, residents can enjoy free round-trip commuter rail train service from Salem to North Station. Saturday, September 14 – Ride with the Mayor of Salem! The train will leave Salem at 9:41 am and arrive at North Station at 10:17 am. (Pick up your tickets from Museum of Science staff at the train station from 9:00 am until departure.) Return home to Salem on the train of your choice!Saturday, September 28 – Ride with the Superintendent of Salem Public Schools! The train will leave Salem at 10:41 am and arrive at North Station at 11:18 am. (Pick up your tickets from Museum of Science staff at the train station from 10:00 am until departure.)
