November is Native American Heritage Month, which pays tribute to the rich and diverse cultures and traditions and acknowledges the important contributions of the original people and their descendants. This year, the Museum of Science is proud to host a special weekend celebrating Indigenous communities.

Join us Saturday, November 16 and Sunday, November 17 for a two-day event with featured speakers, workshops, cultural performances, and community groups from the Boston area.

Throughout the month, we’ll continue spotlighting influential scientists and engineers as part of our Native American Heritage Month celebration.

And, thanks to generous support from MathWorks, regularly scheduled giant-screen films in the Mugar Omni Theater are FREE on Saturday, November 16 (see below). Simply pick up tickets at the Museum box office on the day of the show only (first come, first served). No reservations via phone or online. Space is limited.
