On Saturday, February 1, the Museum of Science is proud to host this special Black History Month event as part of our event series highlighting the people and communities that have made a lasting impact in science, the arts, and more.

Black History Month, held annually every February, is a celebration of the history, culture, achievements and contributions of African Americans in the United States. On Saturday, February 1, the Museum of Science is proud to host a special event that includes featured speakers, family activities, cultural performances, and community groups from the Boston area honoring the African American experience.
