Students look at Earth through an energy lens and explore how conduction, convection, and radiation can move thermal energy both inside and outside our planet. Through live demonstrations and model experiments, students learn how these processes work and spark major changes like weather patterns and plate tectonics. For the finale, we look beyond our planet to see how we can use our knowledge of heat flow to make a component of rocket fuel.
