Boston Science Fiction Film Festival Presents Wizards of Hollywood

: A Work in Progress

Join the Boston Science Fiction Film Festival and the Museum of Science for an exclusive preview screening of the exciting new documentary Wizards of Hollywood, under the dome of the Charles Hayden Planetarium!

They pioneered the CGI and special effects that make the Marvel Universe and modern filmmaking possible. Now their story will be told in this new documentary — but there’s more. The film is not finished, but you are invited to a work-in-progress event to preview 75% of the movie, followed by a discussion between the audience and the director about what works and what doesn’t. Don’t miss your chance to have a direct impact on the making of this anticipated new documentary! With special guest Ed Kramer, director of Wizards of Hollywood and Industrial Light & Magic alum.

The Boston Science Fiction Film Festival (“Boston SciFi”) is an 11-day cinematic event held at the historic Somerville Theatre from February 8 to 18. The 2019 edition marks the 44th anniversary as the longest running genre fest in America. For more information visit bostonscifi.com.
