- Check our daily schedule before your arrival to see what live presentations are available during your visit. These programs are free with Exhibit Halls admission. (Subject to change)
BOOKING YOUR VISIT
Groups of 15 or more people receive special group ticket pricing when scheduling a Museum visit at least two weeks in advance. This applies to:
* Schools and Camps
* Tour Operators
* Other groups (including senior centers, community groups, and college groups)
- General Admission reservations for our exhibits and shows can be made through Science Central: 617-723-2500, open daily, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., fieldtrips@mos.org.
- School groups interested in booking a trip to the Museum should visit our educators page for more information.
- Groups interested in booking a prix fixe meal package, performance, or group special should contact our group sales department: 617-589-0447, Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., ecs@mos.org.

CHANGES/CANCELATIONS
General Admission Reservations ONLY
Changes can be made to your reservation at anytime until 5:00 p.m. the day before your visit. Please call Science Central at 617-723-2500 (Open daily, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.). Additional participants not added to your reservation before arrival may be charged full priced admission, subject to availability. Admission is not guaranteed and we will do our very best to accommodate requests for timed ticketed attractions. No same-day refunds will be granted if you reduce your group number by more than five per 100. Final payment due 72 hours prior to your visit. Should you need to cancel your visit, please notify Science Central immediately: 617-723-2500, fieldtrips@mos.org.
Prix Fixe Group Meals and Specials ONLY
Groups booking a prix fixe meal program, performance, or group special must provide a final head count five business days prior to their arrival. Due to food and staffing requirements, we cannot add additional participants to your reservation on the date of your arrival and no refunds can be given for decreases in your food headcount. Final payment is due 72 hours prior to your arrival date. Should you need to cancel your visit, please notify the group sales department immediately: 617-589-0447, ecs@mos.org.
PARKING AND BUSES
Groups arriving in passenger vans may park in the Museum's garage on the basement level only. Please visit our parking information page for more information on garage fees and times.
Parking is on a space available basis and our garage may fill up during peak visiting hours.
Buses
There is no bus parking on Museum grounds except for drop-off and pick-up. Extended bus parking is available at the Boston Autoport in Charlestown. Fees range from $10 - $20 per bus. Space is limited.

PAYMENT
General Admission Reservations ONLY
Non-school groups booking admission-only visits must pay in full for their entire group two weeks prior to arrival. Accepted methods of payment include:
- Credit Cards: Master Card, VISA, or American Express.
- Checks: Please make your organizational check payable to the Museum of Science. No personal checks accepted.
Prix Fixe Group Meals and Specials ONLY
Groups booking a prix fixe meal program, performance, or group special must submit a signed copy of their contract along with a 50% non-refundable deposit two weeks after their booking date. Organizational checks should be made payable to the Museum of Science and sent to the following address along with the group's contract:

Payments made via Master Card, VISA, or American Express are also accepted. Final food headcounts are due five business days prior to arrival. If your deposit is not received by the specified date, your reservation will be subject to cancelation. Once your final headcount is received, no changes can be made to your food counts and no refunds for this portion of your reservation will be granted. Moreover, we cannot refund any cancellations after your 50% deposit or final payment is processed.
Museum memberships, overnight patches, or discount coupons are not applicable for group reservations.
