With Ferran Adrià, renowned chef and head of restaurant elBulli (Catalonia, Spain; now closed); with cooking demonstration by Museum president and director Ioannis Miaoulis and Museum director of university relations Peter Wong

The greatest chef in the world. "The Salvador Dalí of the kitchen." Ferran Adrià performs experiments with food, and when you eat his cuisine, nothing is what it seems. His "culinary foam" that tastes like anything he chooses, as well as his use of flavors, textures, and visual artistry that surprise, provoke, and engage emotions, have undoubtedly made culinary history.

Discover what ignites Ferran inside the kitchen and out, and learn about Ioannis Miaoulis's passion for the science of food. Reception with cooking demonstration follow this program, a Reno Family Foundation Symposium.

Tickets on sale beginning Thursday, January 16 (Tuesday, January 14 for members).

Funding for this program provided by the Reno Family Foundation Fund.
