This three-day workshop introduces the Engineering the Future® (EtF) curriculum as a basis for teachers to gain a deeper understanding of engineering design process and physics applications in the classroom. Participants work through key activities in each of EtF’s four projects, sharing questions and customizing implementation plans within the group. Science, technology, engineering, and math content will be highlighted and applied to complete design challenges using the engineering design process.
An experienced course developer provides guidance on standards, objectives, teamwork, safety, inquiry-based STEM learning, and authentic assessment.
This workshop is offered by It's About Time. Registration for this course ends Monday, August 4. Two graduate course credits are available for this workshop by request.
