Visitor Services Discovery Center Meet and Greet Volunteer
Volunteers, with their distinctive red coats, are one of the first Museum representatives the public has contact with. A very important position, the MEET AND GREET VOLUNTEER's primary function is to be an instant, welcoming resource to our guests, thereby instilling a positive first indication of what guests can expect from their visit.
Most importantly, they must be knowledgeable enough to assist guests. Volunteers will greet visitors and be prepared to answer a variety of questions pertaining to directions, schedules, prices and Discovery Center activities. Meet and Greet Discovery Center Volunteers will be assigned to the Discovery Center in order to perform this function.
