Equipped with a computer-controlled, 12-inch Meade LX200 telescope and staffed by knowledgeable Museum employees, the Gilliland Observatory is the perfect way to end a Friday evening at the Museum. Weather permitting, the observatory is open every Friday, 8:30-10 p.m.
