Hands-On Laboratory: You Are What You Eat

Identify organic molecules in the foods we eat, measure how many calories are in certain foods, and explore what happens during digestion.

Investigation Station

Think like a scientist as you gather evidence and look for answers. Topics vary from chemistry investigations to making your own electricity.

Field Trip Lunches

Due to space limitations in the Riverview Café, you must reserve a 30-minute time slot for lunch when making your field trip reservation.

Lunch times are available every 30 minutes.
